Lease of Mustakivi tee 17 for a new Armudu restaurant

As the year draws to a close, we at Newsec are excited to share some news from Estonia! We’re proud to have advised Capfield on securing a lease agreement for a built-to-suit Armudu restaurant at Mustakivi tee 17 in #Tallinn. Armudu is set to open its largest location ever, spanning over 700 sq.m.! This stand alone single tenant restaurant building will be a highly visible land mark in the area ️
