Capfield completes construction of Armudu’s flagship restaurant
Shopping center owner, Capfield OÜ, completed the development of Armudu’s flagship restaurant building in front of Lasnamäe Mustakivi Prisma shopping center. The two-storey building is Armudu’s largest restaurant and will open to the public on February 27.
“The new Armudu restaurant building is a good example of Capfield’s strategy to develop commercial real estate for individual tenants in addition to multifunctional shopping centers.” Commented Reimo Simsalu, Capfield’s Head of Real Estate and Business Development.
“We successfully fill this niche in the market, and the development of the Armudu restaurant building, separate from the Prisma shopping center, will allow us as a developer and the restaurant as a service provider to grow and expand through effective cooperation,” added Simsalu. According to Simsalu, the area will benefit from an eye-catching and modern A-class building.
According to Serafima Gulak, head of the Armudu restaurant chain, Armudu, which previously operated in the Prisma shopping center, was too small for local customers, and the opportunity to move to a new, large and modern space will certainly give a new impetus to the expansion of the restaurant chain. “We are thrilled with the new building – it is spacious, modern, functional and very beautiful both inside and out! We applied all our previous experience in furnishing the building, and it is definitely the best version of Armudu on the market,” added Gulak.
Armudu’s new flagship restaurant will accommodate tables and a terrace for smaller groups, as well as larger banquet hall with a stage, where you can hold weddings and birthdays with dancing and live music. The new restaurant can accommodate 250 people at a time. The total area of the two-storey restaurant is 700 square meters and it stands out well from Laagna Road. The restaurant will be ceremonially opened on February 27. Domino’s Pizza will open its doors in the Prisma shopping center at the former location of Armudu.
The Armudu restaurant was built by REME Grupp and GRIK ehitus.
The Armudu chain of restaurants celebrates its 11th anniversary in May and the chain now operates in Tallinn with seven restaurants in Peetri, Kristiine, Pirita, Haabersti, Põhja-Tallinn, Lasnamäe and Kesklinn.
