KAARINA PAGIL, FORMER NIKE RETAIL STRATEGIST IN THE GULF REGION , BECOMES THE NEW CEO OF CAPFIELD

Thursday 9th December, 2021: Capfield, owner and developer of shopping centres in Estonia including Lasnamäe Centrum and Nautica, announced today that Kaarina Pagil has been appointed the new CEO of the company. Pagil has extensive, retail experience and will assume responsibilities today, 9th December, replacing Ruben Gornischeff.

Pagil has over 14 years of experience as an international retail business leader, specializing in the Baltic and Middle East markets. Pagil has successfully built and led retail strategy across 5 countries in the Gulf region delivering growth for over 65 NIKE stores.

Gornischeff held the position of CEO of Capfield for ten years, heading the growth of the company since the departure of Paul Oberschneider in 2011, notably overseeing the redevelopment of Norde Centrum to become the successful Nautica shopping centre.
