\u201cLasnam\u00e4e Centrum is currently being renovated and developed in several directions at once,\u201d added
\nReimo Simsalu. \u201cIn addition to the new electric car chargers outside, the center will also be home to
\nnew stores of two well-known brands \u2013 Sinsay and Skechers. Already in June, we will open a
\nrenovated NS King store and an expanded Euronics store with a new concept.\u201d
\nLasnam\u00e4e Centrum owner Capfield O\u00dc is investing over five million euros in the renovation and
\nupgrading of Lasnam\u00e4e Centrum.<\/p>\n
Capfield O\u00dc is the owner and developer of shopping centers, with one of the largest portfolios in
\nEstonia, extending from the city center in Tallinn to the suburbs and outside Tallinn to P\u00e4rnu. The
\nlargest anchor tenants account for 65% of the portfolio’s total leasable area and include local and
\ninternational brands Bauhaus, Maxima, Prisma, Rimi Hyper, Selver, H&M, KFC, Burger King, Nike
\nOutlet, SportsDirect.com, Deichmann, Denim Dream, Jysk, Euronics, Apollo bookstores, LPP fashion
