Capfield OÜ is one of Estonia’s leading owner and developer of shopping centres. Under our expertise, shopping centers have been built to meet the expectations and habits of modern shoppers. As one of Estonia’s largest shopping centre developers and managers, we bring together more than 90,000 square metres of commercial space – a spacious and diverse environment that will revitalise both local commerce and the city as a whole. Our best-known centres are Nautica and Lasnamäe Centrum. Capfield’s portfolio also includes Lasnamäe Prisma, Lasnamäe Bauhaus, Tondi Selver and Pärnu Maxima XXX.

Capfield centres are located in Tallinn and Pärnu. The largest anchor tenants, occupying 65% of the total leasable space, are representatives of successful local and international brands including Bauhaus, Maxima, Prisma, Rimi Hyper, Selver, H&M, KFC, Burger King, Nike Outlet, SportsDirect.com, Deichmann, Denim Dream, Jysk, Euronics, Apollo bookstores and LPP fashion brands House, Sinsay and Cropp.
