Tallinn, Estonia: The building works are now fully underway at the old Norde Centrum and Capfield are pleased to announce that the new expanded centre, NAUTICA, will open Autumn 2017.

Nautica will boast an excellent variety of tenants aimed at youth, family and children. Major names already signed up for the exciting 18,500m2 shopping mall include many of the LPP fashion group brands such as Cropp and House, which will be their first stores in central Tallinn.

“We are opening two new shops in Nautica Centre- Cropp and House. Cropp is aimed at youngsters, who want to show their independence through the clothing and spend time with others sharing same interests. House is a brand for young and active people who cherish relationships with others and who want to spend a fun time together. We are delighted to extend our shops and get closer to our customers. We believe, that location of Nautica centre will bring new clients from abroad.” Anneken Alus, marketing assistant, LPP group will be twice as big as before and you will also find outdoor hiking clothing store Regatta and trendy footwear brand Sketcher at Nautica.

Nautica can also now reveal that shoppers will get to enjoy innovative leisure at the Centre including mini-golf.

“We open in Nautica, on the 2nd floor, the biggest mini-golf centre in the Nordics, called PARK MINIGOLF. It is evergreen entertainment facility, where all players from different ages are welcome. We are very excited to share this experience with consumers in Tallinn, as such game opportunities have not been available here in the past. ” says Marleen Taremaa, board member of the Minigolf OÜ.

There will also be a variety of dining options from oriental cuisine at CHI to western food at Babyback Barbeque. The restaurants will be located on the second floor at Nautica with scenic views towards the yacht marina and old Town.
